Affordable Care Act (ACA)
What Is TheAffordable Care Act (ACA)?
Are your customers under 65 and need a health insurance plan?
The ACA marketplace opens each year from November 1 to January 31, of the upcoming year and gives consumers the ability to pick up a policy without paying penalties. Once the AEP is over, individuals may still be able to purchase coverage during one of 14 Special Enrollment periods as defined on this page.
In fact, approximately 60% of Copeland enrollments occur outside of the Annual Enrollment Period!
ACA PLANS WORK NICELY WITH YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE PORTFOLIO.
